book is "The
Book of Eve"
by Constance Beresford-Howe
bought it many years ago and I haven't found one person who likes it
as I do. About a sixty-five year old woman who, on receiving her first
pension cheque, leaves her current life behind, just walks out, and
starts over. I understand it is now a movie and I am afraid to see it
because I hate it when a movie can't meet the expectations the book
offers.
